Agility 2.6 EP 2. Yellow Hit Rating (481/4%) 1.75 EP 3. Spell Hit Rating (1332/13%) 1.4 EP 4. Mastery Rating 1.3 EP 5. Haste Rating 1.2 EP 6. Expertise Rating 1.1 EP 7. Critical Strike Rating 0.9 EP (Above information originally from Elitistjerks.com) Q. What to do with hit and Expertise? A. You want an at least 4% (481) Hit rating for Heroic, and you want to get 13% (1332) Hit Rating for stable damage in Raids. You do NOT need 26 full expertise as you do in Wrath. 10-15 is fine. Q. How do I Reforge? A. There isn’t specific one-fit-all guideline for reforging, however, there is a principle to follow. If you are under 1332 Hit rating, try to reforge as much critical strike rating to hit as possible. For gear that have Mastery or Haste on it, leave them alone. But for gear that have Mastery AND Haste on it, reforge haste to hit. If you are hit capped, reforge all your additional hit and Crit to Mastery or Haste.
