Cataclysm is coming and The Shattering has taken place so I thought I would throw together a short video to demonstrate the buffs that 4.0.3a has put in place for combat rogues. My first thought was “OMG We’re back !” With the EP increase that comes with the changes to our Mastery it is now a useful stat, as well as the DPS gain from [Aggression], which has been buffed from 5/10/15% increased SS and Evis damage to 7/14/20% damage, its clear we’ll be doing more DPS. But wait there’s more [Bandit's Guile] has been boosted up to 10/20/30% increased damage up from 5/10/15%, so indeed we ARE back. For this video I had no buffs, aside from poisons ( Wound / Deadly ), There isn’t an 80 “heroic” dummy so I’m attacking the new level 80 training dummy.
